We broke down in the middle of the night on I-80. Scott came quickly, got us to a hotel, and dropped the car at a shop. He even checked to be sure we made it home safely the next day! Very glad he showed up!

I broke down on the side of East bound I-80 on July 3rd this year. I called all over the place to try and get help, but, it being the holiday there was no help to be had. A tow service back in Cheyenne mentioned that A.T. Towing was actually pretty close by, and that the owner, Scott, wasn’t one to walk away from work on weekends/holidays. After getting T.A.’s information, I gave Scott a call and explained my situation. I was 900 miles from home and needed to get back up and running so I could get to work Monday AM. It was great! No A.I. answered calls, no run arounds, no recorded messages or talking to someone in a different country, I got to call am actual person. Scott finished up a job he was working on and came out and found me on the side of the road and hauled me in. The situation was terrible, I was miserable and somewhat freaked out about getting my truck fixed up and getting to work on time. In the end, Scott helped make the situation better for me. Where I couldn’t get help on the side of the road on a holiday, Scott came right out and helped me out. On top of that, Scott is a really nice guy all around. In the world we live in, it’s not often that you meet people who honestly care and are interested in helping people out, let alone answer their own phone. I hope that I don’t break down again for a long, long time, but if I do, I hope it’ll be near Ogallala NE. A.T. Towing will be the only company I’ll call. A.T. Treated me outstandingly, took great care of my equipment and even followed up with me the next day. I can’t say enough good things about Scott/T.A. Towing. If you need help, this is the company to call.
